CAPRI
ISLAND
VILLA CAPRILE
  
N° of bedrooms: 8 - Persons: 15 people - This exclusive villa is
located right in the centre of Capri, only 5 minutes walk from
the world famous “Piazzetta”, the characteristic town square, and
from the most luxurious shopping area of on the island, Via
Camerelle. It is located along a narrow pedestrian alley, which leads
through a residential area. The property has a private
gate and is surrounded by its garden, in a quiet position.
VILLA PIZZO
  
N° of bedrooms: 5 - Persons: 8-9 persons - Villa Pizzo is located
along the hill of Tuoro about a 10-12 minute walk
form the centre of Capri. The property is located in a residential area
away from the crowds in a rather secluded
and private position, enjoying sea views extending as far as to the
Sorrento Coast allowing you to admire the
bright colours of the islands nature and its nearby coastline.
VILLA L’OLIVE
 
N° of bedrooms: 5 + 2 - Persons: 10 + 4 . Villa Olive lays in Anacapri,
a 10-minute walk from the main square, near
the shopping district and the famous Blue Grotto. It lies in the
suburban section of the characteristic area of the
town of Anacapri known as Le Boffe, with its many ancient little houses
and charming squares. The villa’s position
allows you to enjoy fantastic views out over the Mediterranean and
towards the islands’ most exclusive areas and
private properties. L’Olive is immersed in lush, colourful
Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by gardens and
terraces planted with olive trees and colourful flowers.
AMALFI COAST
VILLA LUCE (AMALFI)
 
N° of bedrooms: 6 - Persons: 12 - This beautiful property is located in
Amalfi, about .02 miles outside the town
center. The property enjoys unparalleled and unobstructed panoramic
views out over the Mediterranean Sea as
far as the eyes can behold. The villa is situated on 3 floors, with two
bedrooms situated on the bottom floor, three
on the middle floor, and one on the top floor. Each floor enjoys its own
terrace area with great panorama
throughout, divided by a flight of steps
CASA LE GINESTRE (POSITANO)
  
N° of bedrooms: 2 + 2 - Persons: 8 - The two apartments are situated
inside a newly restored 17th century villa in
a residential area in the upper part of Positano. The apartments can
easily be reached by car or by foot, as they
are located along the main road of Positano, about a 2-minute drive from
the centre or from the steps that lead up
from the centre of Positano (about a 5-10 min. walk). A station for the
internal yellow bus is right on the road
above. The apartments are located in front of each other, but both have
independent entrances. Both apartments
are on two levels and take their names from the warm, yellow colour. The
owner only occasionally resides on the
upper level.
VILLA SOLE E MARE (POSITANO)
  
This complex is a private villa composed of two apartments “Sole e
Mare” (bedrooms: 2 - Persons: 4) and “Venere”
(bedrooms: 2 - Persons: 4) each with their own independent entrance and
their own outdoor terrace/space. Each
apartment can house 4 persons and both apartments can be rented
together, based on availability (there is an
internal staircase that, when unlocked, can connect the two apartments
found on the first and second floors of the
same villa). The villa lies in the upper part of Positano, close to a
several grocery stores and bars, about a five
minute walk from the town centre.
VILLA LE SIRENUSE (POSITANO)
  
N° of bedrooms: 3 - Persons: 7 Located off of Positano’s main street,
in the quiet residential area of Fornillo,
situated in a small lemon grove in a charming, 18th century building.
The villa is tastefully furnished in modern
style, with antique pieces, high vaulted ceilings, and terracotta tile
floors. Bus stop for the local bus of Positano is
directly under the property. A car is recommended although the property
is quite centrally located
SORRENTO COAST
VILLA FLORA (SANT’AGATA)
N° of bedrooms: 4 - Persons: 8 Villa Flora lies on the Amalfi side of
the Sorrento peninsula, opposite the little Li
Galli islands and the splendid panorama of the gulf of Salerno, which
continues as far as Capo Palinuro. Villa
Flora opens out towards the panorama following its own circular shapes
and making the villa and garden an
integral part of the landscape. You reach the property via a side road
that joins the main Meta-Amalfi road, which
connects Sorrento to Positano, and is about 7 kms from both towns
