“Khayangan”
means ‘Seventh Heaven’ in Sanskrit, which is a
highly appropriate name for the ultimate in
wedding venues. What makes Khayangan unique is
both its size and design. Located directly
adjacent to Bvlgari Resort, the estate is set on
1.5 hectares which is equal to 15,000 square
meters of prime cliff front property, and provides
ultra lavish accommodation for a private party of
12 guests. Eleven traditional Joglos,
once the homes of ancient Javanese aristocracy.

Khayangan
Estate presents a beautiful cliff top garden, 170
metres above the rolling surf of the Indian Ocean.
Here, frangipani trees drop their fragrant white
flowers on the immaculate manicured lawns, and two
large balé pavilions provide a comfortable
space for guests to relax upon cushions and
daybeds. Balinese ceremonial flags known as
‘umbul umbul’ flutter in the gentle breeze.
This elegant private garden with its glorious, 180
degree, panoramic view, of the ocean and the
pristine Selonding Beach, offers an amphitheatre
style setting that can accommodate several hundred
guests – perfect for a Champagne reception. The
garden is dotted with coconut palms and bordered
by terraces of gentle swaying yellow irises. A
culmination to this wedding might be a marriage
feast, followed by a candlelit alfresco fiesta.
At
Khayangan, we offer tailor made wedding packages,
and will introduce you to specialist wedding
planners who not only coordinate the legalities
for the ceremony, but also provide the services of
professional photographers, musicians, dancers,
florists and caterers; everything will be taken
care of right down to the invitations, the
stationary, the hair and make up, the decorations,
the bridal gown, the guests’ costumes and the
cake.
The
Balinese are masters of pomp and ceremony. You
only have to witness a few of their lavish Hindu
festivals and celebrations, enhanced by their
clever use of natural materials such as bamboo,
palm leaves, flowers and fruit, to get an idea of
the potential that Khayangan has to offer.

full range of professional hair and make up
services will be made available for you and your
attendants. Specialised bridal boutiques offer
exquisite gift items and a wide selection of
wedding dresses and men's attire for the bride,
groom, and guests. Alternatively, you and your
guests may be dressed in traditional Balinese
costume.

Finally,
you can enjoy a luxurious honeymoon at the
Khayangan Estate, sleeping in a traditional,
wooden Javanese house, known as a ‘Joglo’,
which was once the home of an aristocrat. At
Khayangan, tropical island living meets
metropolitan convenience, with state-of-the-art
entertainment and communication facilities,
together with all the comforts and service you
would expect from a luxury boutique hotel. These
unique Joglo buildings echo the feeling of a
bygone era. The oversized beds, with their tall
antique pillars, are swathed in flowing white
