Day 1- Laikipia, Loisaba Lodge
On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by a
Adams & Butler representative who will transfer you to Wilson Airport. Here you will connect with the 10h20 Safari link flight to Loisaba. On arrival you will
be met and transferred to the lodge. Accommodation has been booked for 4 nights on Full board basis inclusive of soft
drinks, beer and House wine.
Loisaba Lodge is located in northern Laikipia on 120,000 acres of its own private game ranch. It has seven rooms each
with its own private deck overlooking outstanding views of Laikipia. The lodge has a beautiful main dining and sitting
area. Guests are welcome to play tennis, croquet and boules, they can use the spa and massage facilities. Other
activities include day and night game drives, guided bush walks, horse riding, camel trekking and mountain biking,
cultural visits, bush meals and sundowners, river rafting and river fishing (seasonal). Helicopter excursions and Quad
biking are included at an extra cost.
Day 5 – Masai Mara, Saruni Mara Camp
At 09h05, you will take to the air on Safari link scheduled flight to the Masai Mara arriving at 11h00. The Masai Mara
offers a true wildlife experience, one that is hard to duplicate anywhere else in the world. Your driver-guide will meet
you at the airstrip and transfer you to camp with game viewing en-route. Accommodation has been booked for 3 nights
on Full board basis inclusive of soft drinks, beer and House wine.
Saruni is a deluxe and intimate lodge set in a private conservation area. Nestled into the hills of northern Mara,
overlooking a gorge populated by elephant and buffalo. Saruni has the wide open game plains to the south and forest
to the north. There are six spectacular cottages all furnished with colonial antiques, Persian carpets and African art.
The atmosphere of the camp is informal but elegant. The camp offers its own private spa treatment centre, the ‘Masai
Well-being space’. Activities include day and night game drives, bush meals and sundowners, cultural visits and bush
walks led by highly qualified Masai guides.
Day 8 – Kiwayu, Kiwayu Safari Village
After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the Safari Link schedule flight back to Wilson where you will
connect with your onward flight to Kiwayu departing at 13h45. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Kiwayu
Safari Lodge. Accommodation is booked for three nights on a full board basis. All extras are payable direct.
Kiwayu is a luxury beach retreat ten minutes from Lamu by air. Nestling among the mainland dunes, the oasis of Kiwayu
overlooks miles of uninhabited beach for walking and swimming. There are eighteen comfortable bandas built in local
Swahili style, each with spacious en-suite bedroom, dressing area and sheltered veranda. The cuisine at Kiwayu is
recognised as being among the best in East Africa with a strong Italian flavour based mainly on freshly caught fish and
seafood and exotic fruits. Activities include guided walking safaris over the dunes, bird watching, wind surfing, sailing,
body surfing, snorkelling, dhow excursions, beach picnics, creek fishing and deep sea fishing.
Day 12 – Depart
After lunch, you will be transferred to the 15h50 Safari link scheduled flight back to Wilson. A
Adams & Butler representative will meet and transfer you either for dinner before your international flight, or direct to the
international airport for your journey home.
