Day 1- Meru National Park, Elsa’s Kopje

On arrival into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by a Adams & Butler representative who will transfer you to Wilson Airport. Here you will connect with the 09h15 Air Kenya flight to Meru. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the lodge with game viewing en route. 

Elsa’s Kopje has 8 elegant open-plan 'rooms-with-a-view' plus a three tier Honeymoon Suite, and a Private House with a double and a twin room, a shared sitting room, verandah and a private swimming pool. All rooms are uniquely designed incorporating natural features of the rocky hillside. There is an open bar, sitting and dining room with an infinity pool. Activities include day & night game drives, guided bush walks, bush meals, cultural visits, sundowners, fishing and massage. This untamed wilderness is renowned for its rhino sightings and rare northern species. 

Day 4 – Samburu National Reserve, Saruni Samburu

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for your Air Kenya scheduled flight to Samburu departing at 10h35 to arrive at 11h00. On arrival you will be met and transferred to the lodge with game viewing en route. 

Saruni Samburu is set within 95,000 hectares of private wildlife conservancy, and perched on top of a spectacular viewpoint. It has four rooms and a large swimming pool which overlook several waterholes where the famous Samburu elephant, leopard, reticulated giraffe and grevy’s zebra gather to drink. Saruni Samburu offers activities such as game driving, cultural visits, bush walks and meals as well as featuring a massage and beauty treatment centre called the Samburu Wellbeing Space. The feeling of exclusivity and high level of comfort is one of its kind.

Day 7 – Masai Mara National Reserve, Elephant Pepper Camp

After breakfast you will be transferred back to the airstrip for your Safari link scheduled flight to the Masai Mara departing at 09h30. On arrival you will be met by a representative from Elephant Pepper Camp who will transfer you to the camp with game viewing en route. 

Elephant Pepper Camp is located on the Mara North Conservancy in the northern Masai Mara. Small and very exclusive the camp is located away from other lodges in the heart of the African bush. With just seven comfortably furnished, double en-suite tents and one honeymoon tent, Elephant Pepper Camp offers the ultimate luxury bush safari with the sights and sounds of nature and all the luxuries you need. Activities include day and night game drives, bush walks, bush meals and sundowners. 

Day 10 – Kiwayu, Kiwayu Safari Lodge

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for the Safari Link schedule flight back to Wilson where you will connect with your onward flight to Kiwayu departing at 13h45. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Kiwayu Safari Lodge. Accommodation is booked for three nights on a full board basis. All extras are payable direct. 

Kiwayu is a luxury beach retreat ten minutes from Lamu by air. Nestling among the mainland dunes, the oasis of Kiwayu overlooks miles of uninhabited beach for walking and swimming. There are eighteen comfortable bandas built in local Swahili style, each with spacious en-suite bedroom, dressing area and sheltered veranda. The cuisine at Kiwayu is recognised as being among the best in East Africa with a strong Italian flavour based mainly on freshly caught fish and seafood and exotic fruits. Activities include guided walking safaris over the dunes, bird watching, wind surfing, sailing, body surfing, snorkelling, dhow excursions, beach picnics, creek fishing and deep sea fishing. 

Day 13 – Depart 

After lunch, you will be transferred to the 15h50 Safari link scheduled flight back to Wilson. A Adams & Butler representative will meet and transfer you either for dinner before your international flight, or direct to the international airport for your journey home.
