3 Countries Safari - Zambia l Botswana l Namibia

Our Circuits, Packages and Specials > 3 Countries Safari / 6 Nights

Day 1 & 2

Transfer by road from Livingstone to Stanley Safari Lodge (Zambia), for 2 nights.

Set on a hill bordering the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park and overlooking unspoilt bush, Stanley Safari Lodge is only 3km’s from the Victoria Falls. Splendid views: the spray of the Falls in the distance, the mighty Zambezi river and on top of that yet another beautiful African sunset. Whether in the main garden, infinity pool or from the privacy of your room, views are unmatched, with a tranquil and intimate atmosphere. Each and every cottage is individually designed. But what makes the lodge special is the open design of many of the rooms: the optimal way to experience the real Africa. Just like Stanley must have done centuries ago…And if you really want to indulge yourself, ask for one of our suites with private plunge pool.

Includes: Road transfer from Livingstone Airport | All meals | A tour of the Falls | A village tour | Drinks on activities | House wine during dinner | Laundry

Day 3 & 4

Transfer by road to Kazangula Border, where you will be collected for your boat transfer across the Zambezi River, where the four countries meet. Once you cross the river, you will be met for your road transfer to Elephant Valley Lodge (Botswana), for 2 nights.

The Chobe region is home to the largest population of wild elephant in the world. This is estimated to be approximately 120,000 individuals. Their sometimes daily passage takes them from Zimbabwe through the Chobe and on into Namibia before returning. Elephant Valley Lodge lies along one of these routes and is situated in the Kasane Forest, which is adjacent to the Chobe National Park. Open guest areas, a secluded hide, refreshing swimming pool and 20 ‘meru styled’ tents complete the lodge which lies beneath a forest of sturdy knob thorns. It is within these tree tops that the largest colony of white back vultures occurs. The lodge is unique for several reasons and amongst these is the fact that it is situated within a game rich reserve affording the guests wonderful sightings between our open landrover safaris into the Chobe and boat cruises along the Chobe River.

Includes: All meals, tea/coffee & snacks | Transfers to/from the border posts | 2 Activities per day i.e. morning boat cruise & afternoon game drive in Chobe National Park | Park Fees | Drinks on Activities | Laundry

Day 5 & 6

Transfer by road to Kasane Immigration for your boat transfer to Impalila Island Lodge (Namibia), for 2 nights. En-route you will clear Namibian Immigration formalities on Impalila Island.

Nestled close to the junction of four countries - Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe - and near the meeting place of the mighty Zambezi and Chobe Rivers, Impalila Island Lodge is a water-bound wonderland. With over 100km of waterways to traverse, Impalila lies a mere 80km upriver from the Victoria Falls. Surrounded by rippling beds of pink-tinged water lilies, the lodge lies protectively beneath the branches of a 700 year-old Baobab tree under which, it is said, David Livingstone camped. Eight luxury en-suite chalets all with river views echo the colours of Africa. Our seductive rivers invite you to explore further. Encounter Africa's big game and birdlife by boat or challenge the legendary tigerfish on fly. Follow the island's footpaths for an intriguing village visit and learn of the medicinal uses of the indigenous plant life. With only 8 thatched chalets, with private terrace & river view, here lies promise of excitement by day; tranquillity by night.

Includes: All meals | teas/coffee & snacks | transfers to/from Kasane Immigration | 1 x Chobe river cruise, which can be taken on either day | A choice of 1 activity per day from the following: Zambezi Sunset Cruise, Guided Walk, Cultural Tour or Fishing (fly fishing equipment not included) | Park Fees | Drinks on activities | Laundry
