This elegant, distinguished mansion, dating back to 1830, is located in Dellagrazia on the island of Syros. Further accommodation is in a converted barn, in three separate units and adding flexible accommodation. Both are set amongst endless shady terraces, a private orchard, 12m x 5.5m fresh water swimming pool and a sandy beach just 500m away.
The main villa is set on two floors. There is a spacious living and dining room, a conservatory with glorious views, a twin bedroom with WC and shower , and a fully equipped kitchen. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. Stairs lead up to the first floor, with stripped-wood floors, and the guest bedrooms. One double and two twin rooms all have en-suite showers and access to spacious balconies. The Guest House is made up of one apartment with a living room with two built-in sofa-beds, an open-plan kitchenette and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, a further studio with an open-plan twin bedroom with kitchenette and en-suite, and a studio with double bedroom and en-suite shower. A further twin en-suite bedroom is in the pool house.

OPINION
Elegant restored neoclassical villa, with flexible accommodation ideal for groups of friends travelling together, or for families.

ACCOMMODATION
Main house, one double with child bed, three twins. Barn suites two twins, two sofa-beds, one double, Pool house one twin. Maximum 14 guests, more on request.

STAFF
Maid service included six hours a day, six days per week. Linen changed twice weekly. Extra hours for cooking/personal laundry on request.

DISTANCES
Beach 500m, restaurants, tavernas walking distance, Piraeus 3 hours by high-speed catamaran, Ermoupolis (casinos, nightlife) 20 mins.
