This private villa consists of two buildings set on a promontory with panoramic sea views. At the highest level is the two-storey main villa with a large open-plan living room with panoramic views, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor and two more upstairs with all en-suite bathrooms, two with bathtub and two with shower and one air-conditioned. The villa is surrounded by expansive verandas. At the rear are two apartments, one with a living/dining room, kitchenette, shower, and two double bedrooms, while the other has a twin bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Both apartments have sea view verandas.

Down a few steps is the 15m x 7m sea water swimming pool, ranging from one metre to three in depth, with stunning views. There are built-in stone tables and chairs, exterior shower, built-in barbeque, bread oven and a beautiful pool house. The gardens, alive with palm, pine and bougainvillea, provide space for strolling and relaxing. By the side of the main house and apartments there is an associated but completely separated small apartment maintained by the owners, who act as caretakers.

OPINION
Although not luxurious the fantastic setting and panoramic views of Villa Roussa are certainly worth it. There are some unprotected drops that make it unsuitable for young children, though others revel in the large saltwater swimming pool. Several beaches, restaurants and tavernas are all within walking distance.

ACCOMMODATION
Six double bedrooms, one twin. Maximum ten guests, more on request.

STAFF
The resident couple in a self contained apartment will shop and cook if required. Maid service daily except Sunday, change of linen every three to four days.

DISTANCES
Taverna 200m, beach 100m, Shops, tavernas 5 mins drive, Ermoupolis (casino, ferries) 20 mins.
