Perched above the Saronic Gulf and surrounded by cypress and pine trees, Villa Savinka looks out over blue waters studded with islands, with Spetses, Hydra and Aegina within easy reach. The ancient village of Epidavros, the birthplace of medicine, has a well-preserved theatre that hosts, in July and August, spectacular plays and concerts, and the community here is a thriving farming and fishing community. The villa stands alone with a Byzantine chapel, and is just 15 metres from a small, secluded pebble beach and a jetty.

At the heart of the villa is a huge open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen, elegantly appointed and fitted with the latest appliances, with large glass windows looking out over the sea. A bridge from the living room leads directly to the swimming pool. Around the glorious living space are two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and one single bedroom. The master bedroom is located on the upper level on its own, with panoramic views and huge terrace. Two en-suite double bedrooms are found in the Guest House, with its own large living room/dining room/kitchen. Its location is well suited for exploring the many places of classical and historic interest, such as Napflion, Mycenae, Olympia, Delphi and Corinth.

OPINION
For many years the retreat of world-famous pianist/conductor Vladimir Ashkenazy this villa is harmoniously set between mountains and sea, very tranquil and secluded.

Main house, three double bedrooms, one single. Guest house, two double bedrooms. Main house seven guests. Main house and guest house 11 guests.

Maid, housekeeper included three hours daily, additional hours on request.
