Converted by the owner with great attention to detail, this house has marble floors throughout, a secluded patio area with marble benches, a sun umbrella, table and 4m x 2m plunge pool, floodlit in the evenings. There are a couple of seats in the pool, with a fridge to keep cool drinks close at hand. Views are of the busy horseshoe-shaped harbour and the sea. There are no cars on the island and the climb up to the property is along a gradual winding path with wide steps, and a donkey carries baggage. The owner lives in an apartment on the top floor at weekends, but has a separate entrance. There is a telephone, and air conditioning is available on request. The living room has twin sofa-beds and a dining area, a small kitchen and shower room with a twin/double bedroom with further shower on the lower ground floor.

This charming whitewashed Greek house, with bright blue shutters and walls draped with pink bougainvillea, is a delightful and magical property: perfect for a romantic break or honeymoon
