Psarou 1 & 2 are set in the south of the island, approximately 50 metres apart on opposite sides of a road, with ample parking space. Psarou 1 is a traditional Mykonos style house, built 12 years ago but with a classic, whitewashed timeless elegance. The main living/dining area opens to a terrace and kitchen with breakfast bar, which, together with the master bedroom and mezzanine area with double mattress comprise the main house. The two further double guest suites, both with en-suite shower rooms, are off the covered breakfast courtyard. Psarou 2 is more recently constructed, with accommodation on two levels. The first floor has a large living/dining room, open-plan with kitchen, and a shower room and double bedroom. This level also has a huge veranda with glorious sunset views and a large terrace. Stairs lead down through the garden to the lower ground floor level where there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower and a laundry. 
Psarou Beach, a very pretty stretch of white sand and very popular during the summer months, is within easy walking distance along a path.


OPINION
These two villas, available together or separately, offer some of the most spectacular sea views (the terrace of Psarou 2 is just unbelievable). Walking distance to the beach, though the journey back climbs some 70 metres and might be unsuitable for the seriously unfit.


ACCOMMODATION
Psarou 1: three double bedrooms, one mezzanine double mattress, maximum eight guests. Psarou 2: two double bedrooms, maximum four guests.


STAFF
A local couple take care of both houses and provide maid service twice a week. Extra hours available on request.


DISTANCES
Psarou beach 10 mins walk, supermarket/shops 5 mins drive, Mykonos town 10 mins.
