A large living room with satellite TV and spacious, well-equipped kitchen, both open to a covered terrace with barbeque, swimming pool terrace and garden. The lower ground floor with a double bedroom with ceiling fan and shower room opens to the terrace and garden. On the first floor the bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, comprise a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, single bedroom, and master bedroom with bathroom and private terrace. A guest cottage features a twin bedroom with en-suite bath and ceiling fan.

OPINION
Beautifully set over Spetses’ main town, this charming and beautifully finished villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, with its own pool, elegant furnishings and excellent facilities within easy walking distance of countless tavernas and beaches.

ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms, two twin, one single. Maximum nine guests.

STAFF
Maid service seven days a week, preparing breakfast and one other meal a day (to be decided one day in advance). Additional live-in maid for groups of more than 4 people.

DISTANCES
Central Dapia 15 mins walk. Athens Zea port 90-150 mins, depending on route. .
