Spitaki is a charming property situated high on a hillside with magnificent views overlooking the town of Spetses and the Saronic Gulf. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and furnished with antiques, oil paintings and original artwork. The living room is fitted with a fireplace, heating and air-conditioning, a ceiling fan and a large satellite TV. There is a fully- equipped kitchen and a sitting room opening to a covered veranda and sun terrace with 4m x 4m pool and a charming dining area under a tented gazebo. There are two double bedrooms, both en-suite, with air-conditioning and heating. The first night's dinner and breakfast are included.

OPINION
Wonderful for a romantic break or for families in search of that perfect Greek holiday, this very charming villa has wonderful views and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and beaches.

ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms. Maximum four guests.

STAFF
English housekeeper three days a week, two-three hours a day. Additional hours, cooking and babysitting available with prior notice.

DISTANCES
Athens Zea port 90 – 150 mins. Port, restaurants and bars 5 mins walk downhill but 10 or more back. There are taxis, horses and carriages as alternative modes of transport. .
