The accommodation consists of a main house, a guest cottage and staff cottage. The spacious and comfortable interiors have recently been restored, retaining the old fireplaces, archways, traditional wooden floors, shuttered windows and high panelled ceilings.

The large entrance hall, located on the first floor, is flanked by a double bedroom with fireplace, a twin bedroom and a further double, all with ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms, and a large living room with fireplace and TV. A sun terrace leads down to the gardens and further terraces. Additional accommodation is in the guest cottage, in an olive grove 20 metres from the main house, with two large bedrooms with ceiling fans, sharing a bathroom. There is a small sunken sitting room decorated Moroccan style with satellite TV adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, with open fireplace and CD player opening to a vine-covered dining area overlooking the 5m x 10m swimming pool.

There is a hammock and built-in barbeque. Air-conditioning in the main house and guest cottage is included.

OPINION
This very private and character-filled old house is conveniently located in an olive grove close to the old harbour. The waterfront, with a number of typical Greek restaurants and bars, is just three minutes walk away.

ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms, three twins. Maximum ten guests.

STAFF
Resident cook/maid, six days a week for up to six guests, cleaning and preparing breakfast and lunch. Cooking can be arranged at an extra charge For larger numbers, she is assisted by a part-time cleaning lady. Gardener. Laundry and ironing of personal items included in the rental.

DISTANCES
Old port and waterfront 3 mins walk, Dapia centre 15 mins walk, Athens Zea port 90-150 mins, depending on route.
