Park has been hosting business and private parties for a number of years and is well known for its beauty and exclusivity. There are no public roads within the 3000 acre estate and the house sits in the most wonderful position ovrlooking the famous River Dee. Extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and full of lovely posessions, Park is a treasure!
INTRODUCTION
Park specialises in very exclusive parties and groups. It is an immensely beautiful and stylish Georgian house retaining all its original features and character while incorporating full central heating and copious hot water. Direct dial telephones and satellite television is also provided. The estate surrounding Park has no public roads within the boundaries and owns both banks of the River Dee, providing 12 fishing beats. All this provides a very private and special place to stay.

HISTORY
Owned by the Foster family since 1946, Park greatly benefits from being virtually unaltered from its original plan; the renovations are in keeping with the original Georgian building. The house contains many features and family heirlooms that provide a very high level of comfort. they have a very dedicated team of staff, who ensure that everyhting is attended to during your stay.

Tennis
New Tennis court in the grounds.
Fishing
Both banks on the River Dee are owned by the estate and include 12 individual beats (six house rods, one family rod and five rods on the south bank). If the house is taken with the fishing the house rods have exclusive fishing on the north bank or house beat and further fishing may be available by prior arrangement on the south bank.
Shooting
Park has driven pheasant days where the bags are usually around 150. They also organise a special Black Powder weekend, which usually has a few spare slots for those interested.
Stalking
Roe shooting is available at Park.
Off-Roading
In conjunction with the Landrover Highland Experience, Park can offer an exciting off road driving course with full instruction round the estate and a further opportunity on a longer off road facility next door.

Aberdeenshire is a county rich in historic homes and gardens, many of which are open to the public.

Park is a short drive from Speyside, where guests can explore dozens of distilleries.
