Le Manoir enjoys a quiet, tranquil setting in the heart of the Dordogne's rolling landscape. The main house dates from 1827 and has been simply and tastefully furnished. Public areas include a living room, a library with Satellite TV, formal dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto the garden with its dining and seating areas. A flight of stairs leads up to a landing with TV and reading area that gives access to five bedrooms, two double en-suite and a double, twin and bunk room (for children) that share a separate bathroom. The bunk room is half-way up stairs leading to a large attic bed-sitting room with TV, three single beds and an en-suite shower room.
There is also a very charming cottage in the grounds, containing a sitting room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a double en-suite bedroom and private walled garden. The grounds are magnificent, with 16th century outbuildings, old stone walls, archways and pillars, and a large swimming pool (13 x 6m) that can be heated if required, surrounded by a sun terrace.

OPINION	A charming property set in the peaceful Dordogne countryside. Whilst not luxurious , the accommodation is spacious and there are large grounds with a super swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing summer holiday.
ACCOMMODATION	Main house three double bedrooms, one twin, one bunk room, one triple. Cottage double sofa bed, double bedroom. Total capacity 14 guests maximum.
STAFF	Maid service included 15 hours per week. The resident caretaker has independent accommodation within the grounds.
DISTANCES	Vertillac (shops, tennis, riding) 5 mins drive. Riberac (shops, restaurants, weekly market, fishing, canoeing) 15 mins, Angouleme (TGV) 30 mins, Bordeaux (airport) 75 mins.
