The property consists of a main house, with a large conservatory, and a separate cottage with roof terrace, two former barns and pigeon towers. This has all been converted to create a walled 'garden villa', enclosing a swimming pool (12 x 6), a built-in barbecue, a sheltered table tennis table and an area devoted to growing organic vegetables.

The interiors have been tastefully restored, retaining original features including wooden ceiling beams. The living room, with open fireplace, leads down a few steps to a farmhouse dining room, connecting with a fully equipped kitchen. The library also has an open fireplace and door to the swimming pool terrace, and on this level there’s also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and independent access from the garden. On the first floor is an en-suite bedroom with four poster bed and an adjoining children’s bedroom with two single beds.

Further accommodation is in the cottage, on the other side of the swimming pool, with a living room with fireplace and piano on the ground floor, and stairs leading up to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a children’s room with bunk beds, opening onto a covered roof terrace.

OPINION
Located in a very quiet and secluded setting, the property is surrounded by woods, ensuring total peace and privacy. Whilst quite simply furnished, it is the real charm of Monpazier that is the main attraction.

ACCOMMODATION		 Main house one double bedroom, one twin, one children's twin. Cottage one double bedroom, one twin bunk room. Maximum six adults and four children.
STAFF Maid service included 6 hours a week. Cook and baby-sitting on request.
DISTANCES Monpazier 15 mins drive, Bergerac, Cahors, Sarlat 50 mins, Bordeaux (airport) 120 mins.
