Les Sautadoux is set in approximately 1 hectare of grounds with stunning views of the valley, the Black Mountains and surrounding vineyards. This is an idyllic holiday venue for those seeking seclusion and tranquillity although all amenities are only a short distance away by car.
The house is airy and spacious; terraces accessed from the living room, through three sets of French doors, provide an outside dining area. To stay cool, swim in the 12 x 6 meter pool, monitored by CCTV from the kitchen . The house can also boast its own private tennis court, within the grounds, which was completely renovated in September 2003.
The garden has its own orchard and vines and there is a children's play area that is cctv monitored in the kitchen. For those wanting to shop, the bustling town of Beziers is approx 7km. The nearest beach is Valras plage (20 kms) with wide sandy beaches and swimming in the Mediterranian sea. This is a very busy town in the high season with numerous pavement restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.
There is an equestrian centre approx 5 kms from the house while the River Orb and Lac Du Salagou are nearby for fishing, swimming and water sports. The nearest village is Thezan-les-Beziers only a cycle ride away; a typical French village with bakers, butchers, cafe and village square, it also has a very interesting and busy market on Thursday morning.
