Large heated fenced saltwater pool Rustic and charming Great for families Set in fifty acres of farmland, pasture and summer sunflowers, Tounis overlooks the Tescou valley. The main farmhouse, which dates back to 1880, has been carefully restored. The old Dutch barn has been turned into an outdoor dining area and the large pantry and summer kitchen form an ideal space to cook. There’s no need for a boules pitch here as the wide gravelled drive between the barn and the main house is perfect for the game. The front lawn is ideal for , playing football or relaxing, but if you want to get out and explore there are bikes available. In the interests of safety the 12m x 10m saltwater pool is completely fenced. Living is easy here. There is a huge kitchen/living/dining room converted from a cow barn, which gives plenty of space for cooking, eating or using the satellite TV/audio system, and opens to the gardens as well as to the Dutch barn for summer dining. The Main House, set over three floors, has six bedrooms, three en-suite, with an extra attic sitting/TV room – ideal for children. The Dutch Barn room situated over the barn with private entry has a double bedroom with shower and WC. The Pigeonnier, a hundred years older than the main house and fully self-contained, offers three bedrooms, two en-suite, as well as its own kitchen/sitting room/washing machine.

Tounis is a rustic , charming farmhouse with the space to accommodate several families at once across two self-contained buildings.
