This charming house is situated in the centre of the pretty village of Mougins and has views from the rooftop terrace to the Mediterranean.

It has been tastefully updated and comfortably furnished throughout and, whilst the accommodation is represented on several floors, every room has been thoughtfully presented to make use of limited space.

The kitchen/dining room area is in old pine and of farmhouse style, whilst the living room is cosy but elegantly decorated. The small bar area is an excellent idea to avoid unnecessary trips to the kitchen for drinks whilst lazing on the terrace.

The house is wonderfully appointed being within walking distance to a number of good restaurants for which Mougins is renowned.

Altogether an excellent choice for a couple or small family, or even an executive on business in the Cannes area.
