The property covers 700m², is very private and can accommodate a dozen people in great comfort due to six luxurious bedrooms. It offers, amongst other things, a heated swimming pool, a summer kitchen for meals 'al fresco', a Jacuzzi overlooking a splendid sea view, a billiards room, an auxiliary study and even a lift!

All in all a lovely holiday villa, equally ideal for conferences, due to it's close proximity to Cannes.
