This luxurious villa is situated on the hilltop above Cannes and overlooks the bay of Cap d'Antibes. Set within 2 acres of beautiful woodland, it enjoys a high degree of privacy, and yet is only 3 kilometres from the beaches and the centre of Cannes. It is therefore ideal for either a family looking for a quiet holiday or a corporate group attending a conference in Cannes.

The interior is elegantly and comfortably furnished. Decorated in cream and pastel colours, all of the rooms are bright and have large windows opening out onto a terrace or the pool area. There is a good level of equipment, including Sky satellite, fax machine, fast Internet access and air-conditioning in almost all rooms.

From the living room, a tiled terrace runs the length of the house and leads to a large outdoor dining area equipped with a barbecue. A few steps lead down to the pool area, and further down through the garden to a little gazebo where one can read, relax, have a drink or a little nap…

Guardians live on site and look after the property.
