Video surveillance linked up to the hotel 24 hours a day and security system "panic button" linked to the reception of the hotel, patrol cars, anti-intrusion alarm system.
Transfer to and from the airport in a Rolls Royce for rentals during the Grand Prix or for rentals longer than a month.
Tennis court for exclusive use of the villa occupants.
A large heated pool with fresh water and ozone filtering system.
A Petanque ground in the gardens of the villa.
