La Maison du village

The owners of this beautiful village house, within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in Bonnieux, have renovated it to its former glory. There are terraced gardens to one side, something of a rarity for village houses, and marvellous views of the valley towards Mount Ventoux from the bedrooms.

Whilst it is right in the village, the house itself is detached and not overlooked by its neighbours, however, some degree of village noise is to be expected. Bonnieux itself is a delightful medieval hilltop village, with art and craft shops, restaurants and of course “La Boulangerie”. There are plenty of vineyards to visit in the area, including Château la Canorgue with its award-winning organic wines. The gorgeous infinity swimming pool (14m x 5m approx.) is situated right in front of the house and although alarmed, small children would need to be supervised at all times. For an  evening stroll go no further than the village itself, with its Michelin-starred restaurant, the ultimate Provencal experience right on your doorstep.
