This brand new property has been built in perfect harmony with the provenal style, with rustic materials, exposed stonework and a fantastic wooden entrance door. It has panoramic views over the countryside, with glorious sunsets.
The interiors have been very well furnished and decorated. On the ground floor is the hall that, with telephone and fax, doubles as an office, and there are two living rooms, one with a fireplace and a second with a wide screen satellite TV/VCR and telephone/fax. The very well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a Lacanche oven and has a scullery for spare bits of cooking equipment and a laundry with two washing machines, dryer and iron. Stairs lead down to the lower floor, with a weights room, small office, and table football. Up on the first floor are two double bedrooms, a shower room and two further doubles, one with shower , one with shower and bath. The second floor has one bedroom, with two single beds, suitable for children or staff.

Below the house is the 12m x 5m swimming pool equipped with underwater stereo and heat pump, a pool house with shower room and summer kitchen. Guests have use of a tennis court at a hotel next door. Access to the property is controlled by an electrically-operated gate.

OPINION

This newly built property has been finished to a high standard and is set in a great location within easy walking distance of one of Provence's most beautiful villages and a short drive to another.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, one twin. Maximum ten guests.

STAFF

Maid service included 3 days a week, 3 hours a day.
