Carpe Diem is situated on the outskirts of the pretty, fortified hill town of St Paul de Vence. Constructed in provencal style, with spacious rooms, the ground floor includes a large open-plan living/dining room with french windows out onto a dining terrace with new teak furniture and spectacular views of the village. There is an American-style kitchen opening onto two further terraces with outdoor dining area, barbeque and boules court. Steps from here lead down to the 10 x 5m swimming pool, which is fenced for the safety of young children. There is also a bar and summer kitchen with grill. On the lower ground floor is the en-suite master bedroom and sitting room with doors opening onto the pool terrace. Up on the first floor, there are two doubles with en-suite bathrooms and a twin with en-suite shower. There is also a billiard room/playroom on the lower ground floor.
