On a private estate next to the championship Opio/Valbonne golf course, and with wonderful views of the Gorges du Loup, this villa is set in eight acres of private woodland and is accessed by its own private road. Recently refurbished, it combines a distinctively provenal style with Indonesian influence. The living accommodation is split over two levels and extensive terracing entirely surrounds the house. At the heart of the house is a vast living room with an open fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area indoors that leads onto a further dining/bar area outside for long summer evenings.
The three bedrooms on the ground floor all have large and well-fitted en-suite bathrooms, while two further double bedrooms on the first floor are less luxurious, and best suited to nannies or children. With access by its own private road, this is a very secluded and quiet villa, with security measures including an alarm, electric shutters and a safe. The grounds include a 10 x 5m heated swimming pool with an electric cover and a retractable safety fence and other facilities include an astroturf tennis court, floodlit boules court, table tennis, children’s climbing frame and sand pit.
OPINION
This wonderful villa, with its excellent facilities including a heated swimming pool, private tennis court and floodlit boules would be ideal for families. Parents of small children will have to watch out for the open staircase from the ground floor, with its stone floors, but there is a retractable safety fence that surrounds the pool. The rooms on the first floor are best suited to children or nannies.

Resident Guardian who can also offer taxi services. Maid service included twice week, additional hours on request.
