Built from stone, this beautiful south-facing villa has been restored very tastefully in a provenal style. The entrance hall leads into a living room with fireplace and doors to the terrace and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double en-suite bedroom opening onto the terrace. The master bedroom is on the first floor, en-suite and opens onto a private terrace, and a further double bedroom with separate bathroom. The lower ground floor can be accessed from inside, but also from the pool terrace, with its own private terrace, sitting area with satellite TV, kitchenette, two double bedrooms, sauna and Turkish steam room. To the front of the property is a large terrace and swimming pool (15 x 6m) with pool house. To the rear, there is a dining area and pretty terraced gardens, a children's play area and a boules court.

OPINION

A beautiful provencal villa with wonderful views and excellent facilities. Young children would need watching on the terraces and around the pool due to some drops.

ACCOMMODATION

Five double bedrooms. Maximum eight adult and two child guests.

STAFF

Maid service included once a week, and gardener once a week. Other staff on request.

St. Paul de Vence 2 mins drive, Nice airport 20 mins.
