This charming villa has a rural location amongst the trees in the L'Oumede area, in the hills behind Pampelonne Beach. It is a very quiet, peaceful location with views over the countryside of pine trees and vineyards. There are views of the sea from the first floor terraces. The spacious terrace, furnished with sun loungers, leads to a lawn with swimming pool, approximately 10 x 4m, with a separate jacuzzi at one end.

At the other end of the terrace, there is a very large covered outdoor 'room' with beamed ceilings, sofas, chairs and a huge dining area. Inside, the living room is huge, with high beamed ceilings, stone fireplace, satellite tv, video and music system, opening onto the terrace. Two of the four double bedrooms on this level open onto terraces, and all are en-suite. Two sets of stairs from the living room lead up to the first floor, one leading to the master bedroom, with a large en-suite bathroom complete with dressing room, Jacuzzi bath and shower and doors to private terrace with seaviews. The other stairs lead to two further double en-suite bedrooms, one of which opens onto a private covered terrace overlooking the pool and the sea.

OPINION

This charming property is ideal for families with its quiet location and short drive from the trendy spots down on Pampelonne beach. Some of the bedrooms, especially on the ground floor, are more basic and unprotected stairs from the living room to the master bedroom and a gallery overlooking the living room may not be safe for young children.

Maid service obligatory 20 hours a week, payable locally.
