Villa Alcyon is situated on the highest point of the Cap Ferrat, one of the world’s most exclusive regions, with stunning views across the Baie des Fourmis to Monaco and to Italy and, on the other side, to the beautiful village of Villefranche, Nice, and the hills of Cannes. The pretty village of St. Jean Cap Ferrat, with its restaurants and charming marina, is a ten minute stroll from your door, and there are countless attractions within easy driving range.

The house itself is smart but unpretentious, with the ground floor housing a generously proportioned living room, family room with Satellite TV, an open breakfast terrace that catches the morning sun and a further barbeque terrace with fantastic views. One double and one twin bedroom on this level share a bathroom, while there’s a separate WC for guests. A third twin en-suite bedroom is on a lower level, and is accessed from the garden only.Table football and table tennis are available as well as a rowing machine and small weights bench for those who want to keep toned during their stay. In the grounds there is a 13 x 6m swimming pool , surrounded by established flowers and shrubs. Guests also have use of a 40 foot Cranchi boat and skipper, with prices by arrangement.

Beautifully set over one of the world’s most stylish and desirable coastlines and in walking distance of a beautiful and very smart port village, this villa provides comfortable, relaxed accommodation with a pool that can be heated and the possibility of renting a boat.
