This lovely Mediterranean style villa occupies a convenient location, mid-way between the town of St Tropez and Tahiti Beach, and just 2 kms from both. The rooms to the front of the villa open to a wisteria-clad covered veranda with dining area and wonderful views to the sea. Beyond the terrace is a lawn with steps down to a sun terrace and beautiful swimming pool with overflow effect.
The garden is particularly pretty with lots of flowers, shrubs and olive trees. There is a small vineyard directly next to the property and, despite its proximity to the town, the feeling is quite rural. The interiors are bright and spacious with terracotta floors and tasteful furnishings. At the heart of the building is brand new kitchen, opening through sliding doors to the terrace and garden. The living room has a fireplace, comfortable sofas, TV, dining area and large glass doors opening onto the front covered terrace. A few steps lead up to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and French doors to garden, and a further double bedroom with French doors to the garden. On the first floor, there is a separate double en-suite bedroom with sliding glass doors to a small private terrace. Further accommodation is in two independent studios, accessible from the main terrace and drive, with double en-suite bedrooms, their own kitchenettes and doors to the garden.
OPINION
This is a perfect property for people with teenage children wanting easy access to the town and the beach. The layout of the accommodation with its two separate studios, just to the front of the house, allows for some independence.
