Villa Cassis is built into the hillside on three levels, with the main living area, garden, terrace and swimming pool on the middle level. A circular glassed entrance opens to the vast living and dining area, decorated and furnished in a minimalist style with polished wooden floors. This level also houses a well equipped kitchen, double bedroom and shower. Doors lead to a deck and a huge swimming pool, including a 21 metre lane for swimming laps and a diving area. The top floor is almost entirely taken up by the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (hammam, whirlpool bath) and living room, also walled by glass, opening to a wooden deck with breathtaking views over the cliffs and the sea, though there is also a twin bedroom, ideal for children. On the lower level there are garages and a terrace leading to an independent apartment, with a double bedroom/sitting room and a double bedroom, both opening onto the terrace, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The equipment and furnishings throughout are of the highest standard, including two 60 satellite TV’s.

OPINION

This spacious and modern villa , beautifully set on Cap Canaille is equipped with all the latest comforts and gadgets. It’s not especially suited to young children, with a huge and unfenced swimming pool. At the lively nearby village of Cassis , teenagers can explore and parents can indulge in the restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, one twin. Maximum ten guests.

Obligatory maid service, four hours a day, to be paid locally.
