Situated on a hillside within the Parc de L'Oumede, this lovely villa has wonderful views over the countryside of pine trees and vineyards, towards Pampelonne Beach and the sea in the distance. The property is approached via a 2 kilometre unsealed road and is in a private and peaceful location, only 3 kilometres from the beach and approximately 7 kilometres from the centre of St Tropez.
The interiors are particularly bright and airy, newly decorated throughout, and with lots of windows and large glass doors. The living room opens on two sides, one to the covered terrace and swimming pool and the other to a terrace with pergola covered dining area and a beautiful lawned garden area with trees, while the dining room has large glass doors opening to the rear terrace and garden.
Amenities include satellite TV, VCR, stereo CD/tape machine and telephone/fax. The kitchen is superbly equipped with oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee machine and there is a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The accommodation is all on one level and the bedrooms also open to terraces and the garden. One double and one single bedroom are in the main house, share a bathroom, and both open onto the front garden. To the side of the house and accessed by the terrace are a further double bedroom with en-suite dressing room, bathroom and wc, and one double and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. The rooms to the front of the property open to a covered terrace with flowering vines and seating and dining areas, then to a beautiful mature garden with lawns, lavender, shrubs, trees and flowers. Close to the house is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 12m),which can be heated, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and magnificent sea views.

ACCOMMODATION
Three double bedrooms, one twin and one single. Maximum nine guests.
STAFF
Resident couple who live in separate accommodation and provide maid service 15 hours a week, payable locally. They can also prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner at an extra cost.
