Set on the private estate of Parc de la Moutte, this charming villa has peaceful sea views through the pines, is set amongst palms and olives and decorated in Provenal colours of yellows and reds, with terracotta floors throughout. Entrance is into the very comfortable open plan sitting room with rattan furniture and dining room, with French doors opening out onto the garden and pool. There is also a small sitting area with TV/DVD, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Four of the bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned and with en-suite facilities, are also on the ground floor, while stairs lead up to the first floor and the master bedroom, with kingsize bed , dressing room and en-suite shower room. The villa is surrounded by shrubs and flowers, with the 10 x 5m swimming pool located just outside the sitting/dining room and a covered dining area, with barbeque, on one side of the villa. The private estate has tennis courts available exclusively for residents just five minutes walk from the villa, and a 300m stroll leads down to the sandy beach of Plage des Salins, with its swimming pool. Cars are admitted through electric gates, with parking for two or three vehicles.

OPINION

This super villa is walking distance to the beach and has tennis courts close by. Les Salins restaurant makes a change at lunchtime from the scene at Club 55 or Nikki Beach.

Fourteen hours per week to be paid for locally.
