Villa Maki has its own private entrance and is surrounded by five acres of land. The spacious living room has high beamed ceilings and opens via French doors to front and rear gardens. The living room has a mezzanine level with library, desk and seating, leading up to a third level with satellite TV/VCR. To the left is a fully equipped kitchen and a corridor leading to the bedrooms, three en-suite twins with French doors to the garden, and a master bedroom with fireplace, en-suite facilities and two French doors leading to the front garden and patio. The front garden has a covered and open terrace with outdoor dining area, while the back garden has a small terrace and a path leading down to the swimming pool (10 x 5m). The swimming pool has a square section at the shallow end, divided off for children (by a gate within the water).

OPINION

This villa, with its thoughtful concern for child safety, infinity pool and private location, is perfect for families.

ACCOMMODATION

One double bedroom, three twins. Maximum eight guests.

STAFF

Maid service included 3 hours a day, twice a week. Gardener. Guardian/security guard at gate to estate.

Gassin, Ramatuelle 5 mins drive, St Tropez, Cogolin 10 mins.
