Mirabelle is a modern, well-appointed villa lying below the charming medieval village of Eze, with outstanding views over the Mediterranean Sea. Situated halfway between Nice and Monte Carlo, it is well located to explore the towns and villages of this beautiful and exclusive part of the Cote d’Azur. The villa is reached from the road by a private lift and the ground floor has a large sitting room with two separate areas in which to relax, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen.

To the front of the house there is a lovely terrace with a heated 4m x 9m swimming pool and an outside bar area. The lower ground floor has a television room and a well-equipped private gym. There is a large master double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a further three double bedrooms, of which one is en-suite while the other two share a bathroom. On the second floor there is a further en-suite bedroom with a private terrace and two small beds, suitable for younger children only. The villa is air-conditioned throughout.

OPINION

This villa is in a wonderful position, poised between the atmospheric village of Eze and the glorious blue expanse of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s good for families, with special child accommodation on the first floor, summer air-conditioning and a swimming pool that can be heated during the region’s mild winter months.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, one child’s room with two small beds. Maximum eight guests and two young children.

STAFF

Housekeeping/Maid service included four hours a day, six days a week, gardener/maintenance person.

DISTANCES

Nice airport 30 mins drive, Monte Carlo 15 mins.
