This very pretty pale pink traditional villa with green shutters is situated on a hillside between St Tropez and Ramatuelle, close to Pampelonne Beach. From the house and its front terrace, there are views over trees and countryside to the sea. This is a particularly quiet and peaceful property, surrounded by grounds of two hectares of pine trees and flowering plants on several levels. To the front of the house there is a terrace with vine-covered pergola and outdoor dining area, while to one side is a pretty courtyard with a heated jacuzzi.

On a terrace below the house, is a large swimming pool (15 x 6m) surrounded by a sun terrace, with a fountain and pool house with barbecue, fridge and a twin bedroom with shower. On a lower level still is a tennis court, boules court and a children's play area. The interiors are typically provenal with terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The large living/dining room has TV with English channels and opens, via French doors, to the terrace, as does the fully-equipped kitchen. There is a twin and a double bedroom sharing a bathroom opening to the terrace and another double with ensuite shower. On the first floor is the master with en-suite bathroom. Across the courtyard is a separate studio with double bedroom and en-suite bathroom and a small mezzanine with a single bed. Gym equipment and a safe are on the lower ground floor.

OPINION

Close to the most fashionable beaches of St Tropez , this traditional provenal villa has excellent facilities including a tennis court plus wonderful gardens and spacious living areas.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, two twins, one single. Maximum 10/13 guests.

STAFF

15 hours obligatory maid service a week, payable locally. A security guard is included 10pm to 5am nightly.
