Nestled amongst the vineyards, yet just ten minutes walk from Pampelonne Beach, this charming property has a most desirable location, but is surrounded by trees and ringed by vineyards, making it very private. The rooms have terracotta tiled floors and exposed beamed ceilings, and are decorated and furnished very tastefully throughout.

On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen , that opens onto terraces as well as an archway to the living room with fireplace. There is an en-suite double bedroom accessed from the front terrace.

The dining room opens onto the front terrace as well as having stairs up to the first floor, where there is a large-screen TV, VCR and DVD.

The air-conditioned master bedroom is en-suite and there is a double and single sharing a bathroom. Another independant en-suite double bedroom with stairs outside. All rooms at the front of the house open to a pretty furnished terrace with vine-covered pergola sheltering an outdoor dining area. There is a further covered dining area with barbeque outside the kitchen on one side of the house.

The flat lawned garden has several large plane trees providing shade and a 10 x 6m swimming pool with surrounding terrace furnished with teak sun loungers. There is also a ping pong table at the property.
