Set high on a private estate at Les Hauts de St Paul, this lovely villa is set amongst gardens of lavender beds, olive trees, fruit trees, overlooking a 12m x 6m swimming pool in its own private lawned area, St Paul and the sea in the distance. At the bottom of the garden there’s a kids den, and there is also a tennis court with facilities for five-a-side and basketball. Inside the property is decorated in classic Provenal style, with stone floors throughout the ground level and beautiful antique furnishings. The entrance hall leads into a large and well-equipped kitchen, with doors to the terrace and a further summer kitchen with grill and barbeque. The formal dining room also opens to the terrace. There is a large living room with fireplace and sliding doors to the garden, a TV room with large plasma screen, satellite reception and DVD and an office with en-suite shower. The basement contains a laundry, sauna, steambath, wine cellar and huge playroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms , one with en-suite shower, one with shower and bath plus two single bedrooms with en-suite showers suitable for children. A further three en-suite doubles, each with balcony or terrace, are in the Guest House.
OPINION
This beautiful villa is on the private estate of 'Les Hauts de St Paul'. It is very spacious and has superb facilities. Most of the floors are paved with stone, however, and there is also an open staircase so small children would need to be watched.

Maximum 10 adult guests, 2 children.
STAFF
Resident guardians with dogs for security. Obligatory maid service three hours daily to be paid for locally.
