The property consists of the main house, an annex, and the pool house. The main house, built in the 1690’s, is notable for its stone floors, open fireplaces, antique furnishings and period artworks. Public areas include a vaulted dining room seating 12 with French doors to shady courtyards, a Salon with restored gypserie mouldings, original stone wall carvings and French doors leading to the formal French gardens.
The library has a wide-screen plasma satellite TV, DVD, VCR, computer with ISDN and fax. There is also a summer dining room seating 16, which opens onto terraces on both sides. The kitchen will suit the most demanding chef, with double ovens, pantry, wine cellar and laundry. Many of the bedrooms are fitted with TV/DVD, and all have telephones. There are five double/twin bedrooms all en-suite in the main house. Further accommodation is found in the annex, forming part of the central courtyards and includes two double bedrooms, both en-suite and the pool house which has one double and a single bedroom sharing a bathroom. A summer kitchen and open fireplace / barbecue provides additional catering facilities pool side.
Le Pavillon is set in ten acres of grounds, which contain a 24m x 8m infinity-edge tiered swimming pool with luxury pool side furniture, an open-air orangerie and barbeque. Sporting options include a grass tennis court, boules piste, table tennis and croquet lawn around the pool, while the property backs onto the forests of the Luberon National Park. Helicopters can land nearby.
