Val de Rian offers spacious, relaxed accommodation on a single level, furnished in Provenal style. There is a large covered terrace , a 14 x 5m swimming pool and a garden that stretches out to blend with the surrounding vineyards. There is an open plan living area, which includes a dining area , a sitting area with TV/DVD and a fully-equipped kitchen, all opening out onto the terrace.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom opens onto a terrace, with a view of the sea. The three other double bedrooms all open onto the terrace and garden, and are all fitted with en-suite shower rooms. Overall the property is very quiet , with entry via security gates, an alarm system and covered parking for two cars.

OPINION

A pretty property surrounded by vineyards and with views to the distant sea, there is also a shady terrace for outdoor living. It is also within easy reach of the major beaches and the town.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms. Maximum eight guests.

STAFF

Obligatory maid service four hours a day, Monday to Saturday, payable locally.

DISTANCES

St. Tropez 10 mins drive, Pampelonne Beach and Ramatuelle 5-10 mins. Nice airport 120 mins.
