Les Cypres is surrounded by a large, well maintained garden, which includes a split-level pool with the top part, 5.5m x 5m and just 60cm deep, ideal for children, spilling down into the second pool, 13m x 5.5m, for proficient swimmers. There are terraces for dining, with seating areas, and for sunbathing, with teak sunloungers and umbrellas. Both have wonderful views to the sea.

Entrance is into a spacious living room with fireplace, stereo hi-fi system, Sky TV, VCR and DVD and large glass doors opening to the covered terrace. To one side is a double en-suite bedroom opening onto a patio with fountain, and there is a dining room with marble table seating ten, opening via large glass doors on two sides.

The kitchen is fully equipped and opens on to the outdoor dining area with barbeque and table seating 15. The spacious master bedroom has TV/VCR, air-conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and both bedroom and bathroom open to a terrace. A few steps lead down to three more bedrooms, a twin en-suite opening to the terrace and two double bedrooms, both en-suite. Back to ground level, there is a twin en-suite bedroom and a double en-suite bedroom , the double accessed from the entrance terrace.

OPINION

Totally enclosed and with electrically-operated gates, this property is a near perfect holiday destination , with a wonderful split-level pool and plenty of space. Quietly located, it’s close to all the fashionable beaches.

ACCOMMODATION

Five double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms. Maximum 14 guests.

STAFF

Full time guardian in charge of garden and pool. Maid service included five hours daily Monday to Saturday.

DISTANCES

Pampelonne Beach 5 mins drive, Ramatuelle 10 mins, St Tropez 20 mins. Nice airport 120 mins.
