With wonderful views to Cap Taillat, Cap Camarat and the sea, Les Deux Caps is in a beautiful setting. Rooms are light and spacious with high beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and are painted in warm yellows and terracottas.

The very attractive living room has an open fireplace, with large glass doors opening to an internal courtyard on one side and on the other to a spacious terrace with covered outdoor dining area.

The open-plan kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar, and is fully equipped with a large French oven and fridge/freezer with ice dispenser amongst the facilities. On this floor there are also two double en-suite bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned, opening onto the garden and balcony respectively. Across the courtyard are a twin and a double/twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, where there is a large billiard room with bar area and sofas, and two further double bedrooms, both en-suite and one air-conditioned and opening onto the garden at the pool level.

The gardens, planted with olive trees, lavender and flowering shrubs, are on three levels to the front of the house, with the 14m x 6m swimming pool surrounded by a furnished sun terrace.

OPINION

This is a very comfortable, modern and spacious home, with its own large billiard room and swimming pool. There are sweeping views over parasol pines to the sea and in its in a great location to get to some of the quieter beaches such as L'Escalet.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, one twin, one twin/double. Maximum twelve guests.

STAFF

Obligatory maid service 4 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, payable locally.

Ramatuelle 10 mins drive, St Tropez 10-15 mins, Pampelonne Beach 5 mins. Spar supermarket 3 mins, Nice airport 120 mins.
