L’Oumede region, this villa has large gardens with lawns, palm and olive trees. Entrance is into a large living room, with stone floors, wooden beams and fireplace, fitted with stereo and satellite TV .

Outside there is a covered terrace from which there are seaviews, with further French doors giving access to the sun terrace, garden and 12 x 6m jetstream pool. Leading off from the living room is the dining room, which opens onto an outdoor dining area with gas grill and a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar, while there’s a further outdoor summer kitchen/bar by the pool, perfect for cocktails.

Three double bedrooms are on the ground floor, all with en-suite facilities and opening onto the terrace, the master bedroom is on the first floor with its own TV, private terrace and en-suite bathroom, and the final double bedroom is in the pool house, with en-suite facilities and its own private access.

OPINION

This villa, is set quietly in the hills but within easy driving distance of the most fashionable Pampelonne beach restaurants Club 55 and Nikki Beach. Newly refurbished and tastefully designed Les Deux Lions is beautiful. There is also an alarm system in and around the villa.

Maid service included six hours a day, five days a week.
