A beautiful Italianate Riviera villa dating from the 1920's, Vue de la Mer enjoys an exceptional location, a short drive from the world-famous beaches, beach clubs and sea food restaurants of Cannes, with spectacular views of the sea and Pampelonne Beach. A large open-plan kitchen, equipped to the highest standards of contemporary living, provides a natural focus to the interior, which, set over five floors, is spacious and well presented. The sleeping accommodation is divided between three independent sections of the private villa, each with its own master bedroom (two with sea views) and all with en suite facilities. Outdoors, a shaded terrace, well suited to open-air dining, enjoys views of the Mediterranean sea as well as this section of the coast's most famous landmark, the Cap d'Antibes. Sun worshippers will appreciate the well positioned infinity swimming pool at this vacation home.

Ground Floor - Dining room, summer conservatory, separate WC, laundry room. 
Lower Ground - Quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds en suite, 1 twin bedroom en suite, 2 triple bedrooms (incl. 1 double bed each) en suite, TV area, sauna. 
First Floor - TV room, conservatory. 
Second Floor - 1 double bedroom en suite, dressing room. 

Inclusions

Cost of utilities including water, gas and electricity. 
Maid service six hours per week. 
Bed linen changed weekly. 
Household linen and pool towels changed weekly. 
Welcome Hamper to include (water, wine, fruit, cheese, milk, coffee, tea, bread, sugar, salt, pepper, olives). 
Final Cleaning. 
No Central Heating, only radiators. 
Broadband internet. 

Exclusions
Extra maid service available at €16/hour. 
Chef Service available on request. 
Pool Heating available at €100 per week (max. heat 24 degrees, no cover for night time). 
Air-conditioning in the Master bedroom available at €100 per week.

KINDLY NOTE: The swimming pool is an 'infinity' pool with a steep drop on one side. Although water jets and bars discourage swimmers from this side of the pool, young children should be supervised.
