Originally a hayloft high in the hills amongst olive groves and pine trees, Al Mennucci has been recently converted into a delightful cottage, with both house and the pretty garden exceptionally well maintained. The main house has a sitting/dining room that opens onto the garden, with a fireplace and double sofa-bed, and on this level is also a fully-equipped kitchen, a double and twin bedroom as well as two shower rooms. A further double bedroom with en-suite shower is set in a small guest house 50m away. The swimming pool (9m x 4.5m) is on one side of the house, with beautiful views, a barbeque and pizza oven, outdoor shower and an outdoor dining area.

OPINION

This delightful property is an ideal choice for those looking for a smaller home. The one-kilometre access road is unsealed and not suitable for low-slung vehicles.

ACCOMMODATION

Two double bedrooms, one twin, one double sofa-bed. Maximum six guests with space for two on sofa-bed.

STAFF

Maid service is included two hours a day, three days a week.
