Alisso is a large farmhouse located on the same estate as La Damigella. Like La Damigella, it is conveniently located close to the famous beach resorts of Versilia. Since it is less than 10 kilometres from the motorway exit, it is an ideal base for visiting the main Tuscan towns. Clients who have rented Alisso in the past have particularly appreciated the beauty and quiet of the estate. The house has been immaculately restored and furnished, and is especially bright and full of light. The ground floor has a television room, a living room and a further small sitting room, as well as a dining room and kitchen. Sleeping areas are quite distinct, with a twin bedroom with en-suite shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bath and a double with en-suite shower all on the first floor, with further accommodation in the Master Wing, accessible also from the ground floor entrance, with a double bedroom with dressing room, living room with sofa-bed and en-suite hydro-jet bathroom. The final guest bedroom is set in the Mansard, and is a double with an en-suite shower. The grounds are also particularly well maintained. In front of the house there is a lovely, large covered patio, furnished as an outdoor seating area, with table and chairs, and ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors. The large 17m x 8m swimming pool is quite close to the house, in a level garden, well suited for young families.

OPINION

This villa, with its bedrooms divided into various sections of the farmhouse, ideally suit family groups with several generations travelling together, with the option of a certain degree of privacy.
