Accommodation Comprises

First Floor
Reached by an external stone staircase, the entrance door opens onto a lovely living room with large original sit-in fireplace. Walk into the pleasant and well equipped eat-in kitchen with dining table seating 8. Back into the living room another door leads into a corridor with on the left a nice sized twin bedroom with two four poster beds. There is another small twin bedrooms ideal for children and a bathroom with tub. At the end of the corridor you find a bright double bedroom with iron four poster bed and adjacent modern bathroom with double washbasins and separate shower.

Attic Floor
A stairway takes to a suite comprising a bathroom with two washbasins and separate shower, changing room with roll-out bed and large double bedroom. Please note that stairs are uneven.

Originally an ancient watch tower, this beautiful 16th century classic Tuscan converted farmhouse in stone is set on a dominant position. The house is located at the top of the Riseccoli wine estate, completely secluded at the end of a private drive. Belvedere is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, cypress trees and forests with views to the Apennines mountains.
The landscaped garden around the house (designed by world renowned botanist Donald Leevers) consists of Mediterranean aromatic essences and old English roses. The travertine marble-paved pool is within immediate reach from the house. From the huge pool you can have the most impressive panorama of Chianti vineyards. It has a large sunset facing "sun terrace" with custom-made pool-beds, and a large gazebo which provides shelter from the sun.
