This house, situated on the Mansi Bernardini estate has recently been converted into a character home with full air-conditioning. The entrance hall on the ground floor has a sofa-bed, a bathroom, and a twin and double bedroom, both en-suite, both with telephones. The master bedroom, also with a telephone, is on the first floor, along with a huge living room with TV/VCR/hi-fi, open-plan with the kitchen and dining area and opening onto the garden. At the end of the first floor is an apartment which comprises of one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and small kitchenette on the ground floor and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor.

OPINION

This charming villa, converted from an ancient hay barn, has recently had an extra apartment added and is a great alternative to the three other properties on the estate.

ACCOMMODATION

Four double bedrooms, one twin, one sofa-bed. Maximum ten guests.

STAFF

Maid service is included in the price, three hours a day, five days per week for general cleaning and laundry. Extra cooking and cleaning on request.

Segromigno Monte (shops) 5 mins drive, Capannori (motorway) 20 mins, Lucca 20 mins, Pisa (airport) 40 mins, Florence 60 mins, Forte dei Marmi (beaches) 35 mins.
