Situated on a wine producing estate Striking internal courtyard Guided tours and additional services can be arranged This beautiful property belongs to the Campalli estate, a huge farm that produces Chianti Classico wine, and includes the Castle of Campalli. La Corte di Campalli is an impressive stone-built farmhouse that dates back to the 16th century, and takes its name from its striking internal courtyard. The property was totally restored in 2002 by its discerning owners.The interiors are particularly airy and spacious, with doors both to the courtyard and to the garden. Entrance is through a large archway, with a huge arched sitting room opening both to the courtyard and the garden, a large kitchen/dining room, and a second sitting room with satellite TV. On this level there is a twin bedroom with shower nearby and a master bedroom with sitting room and en-suite shower room (shower only), accessible by an independent staircase. On the first floor there is a suite with master bedroom, twin bedroom and shower room, a twin bedroom with bathroom nearby, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a sitting room with fireplace and piano . Outside there are level gardens with large lawned areas, a 12m x 6m swimming pool and wonderful views over the countryside. Although in a secluded and quiet location, it is only seven kilometres away from a highway exit and therefore is also an ideal base for trips to the main Tuscan towns.

This wonderful courtyard property is ideal for families travelling together, with good lines of sight to pool, gardens and courtyards and flexible, character accommodation.
