This exquisitely restored farmhouse is in the heart of Chianti Classico, with stunning views of the lovely Tuscan countryside at its best. The spacious interiors have been decorated in an authentic Tuscan style and tastefully furnished with ethnic furnishings and antiques. The living areas all open via French windows onto the garden on one side and on the other an internal patio, with a marble table shaded by a vine-covered pergola, making the rooms very light and airy. On the ground floor is a big sitting room, a second sitting room with dining area and a large kitchen, and one twin bedroom en-suite. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with 4-poster bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Stairs from the garden reach a bedroom with a French bed, while another French bedroom is in a tower, reached by a narrow ladder staircase. There is also a shower bathroom, a twin en-suite bedroom, and a large master en-suite bedroom, as well as a galleried library overlooking the sitting room below. To the front of the house furnished terraces have magnificent views, and a pathway leads to the infinity-edge pool, in a particularly panoramic position. The pool has a large shallow end for children. To the rear of the property, is a converted barn where the housekeeper lives. Resident cat and dogs at the property.

With its wonderful views and vine-shaded central courtyard, this restored farmhouse would be an ideal setting for a classic Tuscan holiday.
